Gandhi On Capitalism

' Capital as such is not evil; it is it's wrong use that is evil. Capital in some form or other will always be needed '

Gandhiji always tried to find a golden mean between Capitalism & Socialism .

Gandhi & Environment

" We cannot have ecological movement designed to prevent violence against nature, unless the principle of non-violence become central to ethics of human culture "

If one wants to save nature then he has to be non-violent towards humanity too.

Gandhi On Results

" You may never know what results come from your action, but if you do nothing , there will be no result. "

Need a positve result ?? Fearlessly take a decision . It's half done. Rest half depends upon your efforts .

Gandhi On Economics

" Economics that hurt the moral well-being of an individual or a nation are immoral and therefore sinful "

Economics harmful to the human, society and nation is not less than any terrorism and anti-national activity.

Gandhi On Culture

" No culture can live , if it attempts to be exclusive ."

Bycotting humans, religions, castes, creed, sex for maintaining superiority can destroy the superior culture itself.

Gandhi on Woman Empowerment

" Woman is more fitted than man to make exploration and take bolder action in non-violence. "

Lets trust women. Give equal chances to them . Empower them. Every female is the 'new generation builder' of the country.

Gandhi on Rural Developement

" To forget how to dig the earth and tend the soil is to forget ourselves. "

Farming is inevitable . It has to be at the centre of focus for the developement of any nation. Save farming, Save Humanity.

Gandhi On Business

" It is wrong to think that business is incompatible with ethics. I know that it is perfectly possible to carry on one's business profitably , and yet honestly and truthfully. "

Gandhi never oppossed business or capitalism but he always struggled to make both the businessmen and the customers benefit from it.

Gandhi On Corporates

" If the trusteeship idea catches, philanthropy, as we know it, will disappear....A trustee has no heir but the public. "

The revolutionary idea of Gandhiji . The corporates should be the caretakers of the society as they grow rich against the hard earned money of the society.  Corporates should return a part of their earnings back to the society.

Gandhi On Opportunity

" My notion of democracy is that under it the weakest should have the same opportunity as the strongest. "

Gandhi believed strongly in Equality , Unity, Brotherhood , which later stood the foundation stones of the Constitution of Indian Democracy.

Gandhi On Self Reliance

" My idea of Village Swaraj is that it is a complete republic, independent of it's neighbours for its wants , and yet interdependent for many others in which dependence is a necessity. "

Gandhi dreamt a strong , self reliant village leading unitedly to a very strong nation which would balance the rural and the urban society and create a countrywide harmony.
